Yesterday, Time Warner announced to distribute selected short content on YouTube in near future. The company plans to create several Channels for TV formats like “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and the famous “Gossip Girl”. The content from networks like TNT, Cartoon Network or Adult Swim will be shown within Time Warner’s embeddable player on specific YouTube channel pages. One may assume that the Time Warner video content will only be available for users in the United States.
